Decision Time Psychological Practice
This practice will help you free yourself from the burden of unresolved decisions.

Set aside 10 minutes a day when you make decisions, big and small. Throughout the day, be aware that you are walking a vicious circle of perfect decisions and write down on a separate list all the issues that need to be resolved. Also the big ones and the small ones.

At a designated time, refer to your list and 'close' any number of issues. Decide how you will proceed, adopt a certain one way, algorithm , for example even a small game of queen of the nile slots requires many decisions .

Don't aim to tackle the big questions, start with the small ones. Your goal is to free your head from mental gumption by closing the (perhaps non-ideal) issues that need to be addressed.
