The easiest way, of course, is to DO NOTHING and not to give anything to children. Ideally, parents should have a good understanding of the consequences of "transferring" a gadget to a child, its functionality, its limitations, and potential pitfalls. Many parents have a hard time imagining what the Internet is, what dangers it keeps for the psyche of children, that computer games in general have some age ratings, etc.

Yes, our family has a limit on the time spent with games. Now children have a lot of lessons online. To control the process of using the computer I installed a mac keylogger https://www.refog.com/mac-keylogger.html on their computers. Now I know 100% what kids do in the computer
